Perry Hall / White Marsh Real Estate

Located about ten miles northeast of Baltimore is the small community of Perry Hall. It is bordered by the Great Gunpowder Falls to the north and White Marsh Run to the south. Perry Hall has traced its roots back to 1775, when Harry Dorsey Gough purchased a thousand acre estate near the Great Gunpowder River. An interesting fact about Perry Hall is that many of their roads are named after the families that homesteaded there.

Perry Hall is twice the size of White Marsh and is growing quickly but the community still is able to maintain its small town while offering large city conveniences.

Developed mainly in the 1970’s, White Marsh is a small community you can find between Perry Hall and Interstate 95.  This community features the largest malls in the area with numerous department stores, restaurants and specialty shops.

Both Perry Hall and White Marsh offer many amenities for growing families. Fantastic schools and many shopping and dining options as well as numerous parks that offer recreation opportunities. Both beginner and seasoned golfers can enjoy numerous public and private golf courses.
